Returns / exchangesUrban Child would like you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, or you find a gift unsuitable, you may return the item for a prompt refund, credit, or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The refund, credit or exchange will be to the value of the item, not including original delivery charges. Refunds are given provided the item is in its original sealed, undamaged packaging, unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. Return delivery and postage costs of exchanged items are the customer's responsibility. To obtain further information on product returns, please refer to Trade Practices Act Guidelines, by which Urban Child are bound. *We are unable to accept returns on SALE items, custom orders or seasonal items no longer in stock. Please contact us prior to returning your item for refund/exchange to obtain a reference number. We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please include a self addressed, prepaid satchel for all exchange items. In the rare event that your parcel should appear to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately following delivery to discuss your concerns at info@urbanchild.com.au or by phone 61 3 9894 0073. Please retain all packaging so that in the event of a claim, it may be inspected. Claims related to damaged goods must be made within 3 days of delivery, or we are unable to process a claim. |
